The 28 -Day Program
The Soul Coaching 28-day program is an exciting and powerful program of mental, emotional, spiritual and physical cleansing. The gift of this program is that it will lead you to understand and clarify what is needed for you to create professional, social, mental, emotional and/or spiritual changes all within a safe environment of guidance and support. The Group Program consists of six evening classes (2 hour sessions), a 28-day program of daily self-examining tasks, and a follow-up group evaluation session one month after completion.
The 28-day program of daily self-examining tasks is divided into 3 levels depending on the time you have available. No matter how busy you are or how hectic your life is, you can complete the program.

Note: The 28-day soul journey class is also available on line. Cost is $299.00. Lessons are sent once a week, with coaching received via e-mail. This is a great opportunity for those who are interested in a more private journey.
